The new company was formed on 1 January 2007, and draws upon more than 30 years of oil and gas industry experience. VV&A's business concept is based on providing a wide specter of products and services in sales, maintenance and repair of valves, actuators and control systems.

Valco Valves & Automation has the competence, knowledge and resources to supply any valve package, with all services from procurement and delivery to planning and completion of major service and overhaul projects. The company offers total valve management including Project Management, Sales, Maintenance, Service, Engineering, Repair and Training.
